1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [2–3 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier or customs issues beyond our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within [48 hours].

4. International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied once a shipment reaches your destination country.
We are not responsible for these charges; they are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs delays or fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Damages

We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged:

  • Contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
